This Memorial Day, we warmly invite you and your family to join us at our diocesan-managed cemeteries for a special Memorial Day Mass of remembrance and thanksgiving. Together, on May 25th, we will honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation, entrusting them to God’s eternal care.
This year’s observance holds added significance as we also commemorate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. As we reflect on our nation’s history, we give thanks for the blessings of freedom and pray for continued unity, peace, and guidance for our country.
The Memorial Day Mass will include prayers for all veterans, in remembrance of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. It is a sacred opportunity to gather as a community of faith, remembering that true peace is found in Christ.
All are welcome to attend as we come together in prayer, gratitude, and hope. For full details, visit our events page, or see below for a complete list of Mass times and locations.
“No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” (John 15:13)
